BBQ Chicken Panino
 
  Grilled chicken slathered in BBQ sauce served with shaved red onion and lettuce on Parrano toast.  
     
     
 
  • 1 hamburger bun sliced
  • 1/2 cooked chicken breast, warm
  • 1 tbsp prepared BBQ sauce or to taste
  • 1 tbsp. shaved red onion
  • 1-2 pieces iceberg or romaine lettuce
  • 2 slices Parrano
  • Salt and pepper
 
     
 
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Open the hamburger bun and place on a baking sheet, cooked side up. Place a slice of Parrano on each half of the hamburger bun and broil 2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Meanwhile toss the chicken with the BBQ sauce.
  3. Carefully transfer hot bun to a cutting board. On the bottom half immediately add the lettuce, shaved red onion and then the BBQ chicken, place the bun top over all, cut in half and serve.
