| BBQ Chicken Panino |

Grilled chicken slathered in BBQ sauce served with shaved red onion and lettuce on Parrano toast. |

- 1 hamburger bun sliced
- 1/2 cooked chicken breast, warm
- 1 tbsp prepared BBQ sauce or to taste
- 1 tbsp. shaved red onion
- 1-2 pieces iceberg or romaine lettuce
- 2 slices Parrano
- Salt and pepper

- Preheat broiler.
- Open the hamburger bun and place on a baking sheet, cooked side
up. Place a slice of Parrano on each half of the hamburger bun
and broil 2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Meanwhile
toss the chicken with the BBQ sauce.
- Carefully transfer hot bun to a cutting board. On the bottom
half immediately add the lettuce, shaved red onion and then the
BBQ chicken, place the bun top over all, cut in half and serve.
