| Panino Ciabatta |

With Grilled chicken, pesto aioli and sliced tomatoes on Ciabatta
bread. |

- 1 Ciabatta roll or Kaiser roll, sliced in half
- 1 tbsp pesto aiolisee below
- 1/2 sliced grilled chicken breastwarm
- 1 large lettuce leaf
- 2-3 slices of tomato
- 1 slice Parrano
- Salt and pepper

- Spread the aioli over both sides of the Ciabatta roll.
- On the bottom half place the lettuce leaf, top with the tomatoes
and season them with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the sliced chicken breast over the tomatoes and finally
add the Parrano on top of the chicken breast.
- Close up the sandwich and serve cool.

For the Pesto Aioli |
|
| |
- 1/2 cup prepared mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. prepared pesto sauce or to taste
- Salt to taste
|

| |
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk well. Keep cold.
This will be enough for approximately 6 sandwiches. |
