Panino Ciabatta
 
  With Grilled chicken, pesto aioli and sliced tomatoes on Ciabatta bread.  
     
     
 
  • 1 Ciabatta roll or Kaiser roll, sliced in half
  • 1 tbsp pesto aioli—see below
  • 1/2 sliced grilled chicken breast—warm
  • 1 large lettuce leaf
  • 2-3 slices of tomato
  • 1 slice Parrano
  • Salt and pepper
 
     
 
  1. Spread the aioli over both sides of the Ciabatta roll.
  2. On the bottom half place the lettuce leaf, top with the tomatoes and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the sliced chicken breast over the tomatoes and finally add the Parrano on top of the chicken breast.
  4. Close up the sandwich and serve cool.
 
     
    For the Pesto Aioli  
 
  • 1/2 cup prepared mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. prepared pesto sauce or to taste
  • Salt to taste
 
     
 

Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk well. Keep cold. This will be enough for approximately 6 sandwiches.
