Hot sandwich with shaved turkey breast, sauerkraut and melted Parrano
on rye bread. |

- 1 slice country style Rye Bread
- Olive oil for brushing the bread
- 1 tbsp. thousand island salad dressing
- 1/4 cup prepared sauerkraut, warmed
- 3-4 thin slices turkey breast
- 1 slice Parrano

- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Rub one side of the rye bread with olive oil and place bread,
oiled side down, on a baking tray. Spread dressing on bread. Top
with hot sauerkraut then turkey and finally Parrano.
- Bake for 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread
is crisp. Serve hot.
