Slanted Reuben
 
  Hot sandwich with shaved turkey breast, sauerkraut and melted Parrano on rye bread.  
     
     
 
  • 1 slice country style Rye Bread
  • Olive oil for brushing the bread
  • 1 tbsp. thousand island salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup prepared sauerkraut, warmed
  • 3-4 thin slices turkey breast
  • 1 slice Parrano
 
     
 
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Rub one side of the rye bread with olive oil and place bread, oiled side down, on a baking tray. Spread dressing on bread. Top with hot sauerkraut then turkey and finally Parrano.
  3. Bake for 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crisp. Serve hot.
