Italian Grinder
 
  With Genoa Salami, Prosciutto, Parrano, lettuce, tomatoes and hot peppers on a submarine roll.  
     
     
 
  • 1 Sub roll—sliced lengthwise
  • 4 thin slices Genoa salami
  • 2 slices shaved Prosciutto
  • 2 thin slices ham
  • 1 slice Parrano, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1-2 romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves, chopped
  • 3 ea. slices of tomato
  • 1 tsp. chopped hot Italian peppers, optional
  • 1/4 oz. Italian Vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper
 
     
  Method  
 
  1. Open the sub roll and arrange the sliced meats and Parrano on one side.
  2. Arrange the tomatoes then the lettuce on the other side. Sprinkle peperoncini and dressing over the lettuce, season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  3. Press sandwich back together and serve.
