With Genoa Salami, Prosciutto, Parrano, lettuce, tomatoes and hot
peppers on a submarine roll. |

- 1 Sub rollsliced lengthwise
- 4 thin slices Genoa salami
- 2 slices shaved Prosciutto
- 2 thin slices ham
- 1 slice Parrano, cut in half lengthwise
- 1-2 romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves, chopped
- 3 ea. slices of tomato
- 1 tsp. chopped hot Italian peppers, optional
- 1/4 oz. Italian Vinaigrette
- Salt and pepper

Method |

- Open the sub roll and arrange the sliced meats and Parrano
on one side.
- Arrange the tomatoes then the lettuce on the other side. Sprinkle
peperoncini and dressing over the lettuce, season with salt, pepper
and oregano.
- Press sandwich back together and serve.
